Please join the Colorado Office of Economic Development & International Trade (OEDIT) for an instructional webinar on Colorado tax credits requiring third-party CPA cost reviews. This lecture will provide an overview of the requirements for conducting agreed-upon procedures (AUPs) for the Colorado Commercial Historic Preservation Tax Credit. After completion of this brief course, attendees will be qualified to provide CPA services for Colorado developers who rehabilitate historic buildings and apply to receive tax credits.
At the conclusion of the session, attendees will be invited to be placed on a non-public facing list of CPAs who would like to perform these services. The list is only provided to those inquiring about CPA references and is not made publicly available.
